I was born in Pittsburgh on December 6th, 1992. My childhood was quite unique: bilingual in English and Spanish, and growing up in one of the largest and most cultural cities in the world, Mexico City. I moved to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 2000, and after high school I attended the Pennsylvania State University for 3 years, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Painting and Drawing. Because of my upbringing, I had always been fascinated with the arts and languages. I studied Japanese throughout and after high school, and learned Italian in college up to the conversational level. I realized very quickly that foreign cultures and languages are my favorite places to look for creative and artistic inspiration.
I am constantly inspired by surrealism, magical realism, and the spiritual world.
I have been maintaining a dream diary since October 2012, commencing an in-depth exploration of self-identify and my place in this world.
